Why should I mine through mineagame.com?

We make it easy for gamers to mine. There is no need for crypto wallets, complicated registrations or mining for months to reach a certain payout limit. All you need is to run our software and an email address so we can send you your games. We will either send you game keys or send the game as a gift via Steam.

Why is the mining software getting blocked and removed by Anti-virus?

Mining software and antivirus programs don’t get along. The main reason why Anti-virus such as Avast, Avira, AVG, Windows Defender, Malware bytes and other programs block miner software is because hackers used to install these miners without the knowledge of the owner. If our software gets deleted by your Anti-virus, you will need to add it to your Anti-virus white list, or even disable your Anti-virus. We can guarantee that our software is 100% virus free. If you have any questions or doubts, please contact us via support@mineagame.com or join our Discord Channel.

Is it legal to mine Cryptocurrency?

Cryptocurrency mining is legal in more countries than not. Some examples of places where it is illegal are Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nepal, and Pakistan. Overall, Cryptocurrency use and mining are legal across much of the globe.

Is there a risk that mining will damage my hardware?

Realistically speaking, the risk is very low. A GPU temperature from 60°C up to 70°C is the normal GPU mining temperature. Our software runs within this temperature range. However please make sure that the GPU has enough airflow and that the ambient temperature is not too high. We also recommend to install MSI Afterburner to track and set your GPU settings. DOWNLOAD MSI AFTERBURNER

How long does it take to mine a game?

It depends on many factors like the power of your GPU, the current price of the cryptocurrency or how long you let your PC mine. And of course it depends on the current price of the game on Steam. It can take from a few days up to a month to get your game.

When do I receive my reward? Is there a payout limit?

As soon as you reach a balance that covers the price of your Steam game, we can arrange your reward. On your dashboard you will find a form to claim your game of choice.

Are there any requirements?

Here are the requirements:

  • Windows/Linux OS of 64 bit
  • At least 4GB of GPU memory each. We recommend a strong GPU - starting with GPUs like the 10 series of Nvidia.
  • Minimum 4GB RAM
  • Stable internet connection

The most important factor is a strong GPU.

Why is my balance changing from time to time?

The value of your credits is based on the current cryptocurrency price. Based on that price the value increases or decreases. The cryptocurrency market is so volatile, you'll see that each time the price changes.
